Important Notice

After you register online, access will be granted according to the following schedule:

  • If you register by 6am EDT, you will get access by 8am EDT.
  • If you register after 6am EDT, you will get access by 8am EDT the next day.

Registration Terms and Policies

  1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered online) is included in the conference registration fee.
  2. The regular registration fee does not include short courses.
  3. You must be an IEEE Member, AP-S Member, or URSI Member at the time of registration to receive the related discounted registration rate. Please visit ieee.org/join for details on joining IEEE.

Every individual attending the event must register separately. There will be a $50 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 on or before June 18, 2020. No refunds after June 18, 2020.
